Important Vendor Self-Service (VSS) Information

Attention, Cumberland County Vendors:  Cumberland County recently updated our Vendor Self-Service (VSS) portal. Many vendors have already completed the necessary steps to access the new portal. For those that have not, we will be linking your previous account to our new system, which only requires a password reset. Please look for an email from donotreply@cumberlandcountync.gov with instructions and an email from noreply@tylerportico.com prompting you for a password reset beginning Wednesday, January 4, 2023.

• For accounts payable (payments), email cumberlandpayables@cumberlandcountync.gov.  
• For accounts payable (invoices status and/or discrepancies), contact the county department you are doing business with.
• For utility bill questions, email publicutilities@cumberlandcountync.gov.
• For technical questions only, contact ITS at erpteam@cumberlandcountync.gov.
